Horizon will hold its next Open Surgery at Llangefni Communities First Centre on 20 February so local people can ask questions about the company’s plans for a new nuclear power station at Wylfa on Anglesey.
The Open Surgeries have been running since 2010 and give people the opportunity to meet the team involved with the project and find out more about the proposed new development.
The surgery will take place between 1pm and 7pm on 20 February at Llangefni Communities First Centre. No appointment is necessary.
Alan Smith, Head of Site Development at Horizon Nuclear Power, said: “We see these events as an important way for us to provide an update on our plans, so it’s encouraging to see so many people with an interest in the project attend our surgeries each month. We’re always happy to answer questions, so if you have any queries or want to know more about our current activities, please come along.”
Anybody who has questions about the project can also contact the Wylfa team by calling its hotline on 0800 954 9516 or by emailing
