Horizon September Open Surgery

horizon-logoHorizon Nuclear Power will hold its next monthly community event on Monday 16 September at Cemaes Village Hall.

Part of the company?s popular monthly Open Surgery series, the event allows local people to call in and ask questions about the proposed new nuclear power station at Wylfa.
Horizon?s project team will be on hand between 1pm and 7pm.
Alan Smith, Head of Site Development at Horizon Nuclear Power, said: “Our August Open Surgery was very well attended, and it was great to see new faces and answer questions about our project. If you?d like to find out more about our work or pass on any feedback please pop along and meet the team.”
The proposed new nuclear power station at Wylfa will create around 1,000 permanent jobs over many decades to operate the plant and will require a peak workforce of up to 6,000 during the construction phase.
