Mark Lesinski to lead Rolls-Royce Nuclear Services business

rolls royce 200Rolls-Royce has appointed Mark Lesinski as President of its Nuclear Services business to accelerate further growth across the global nuclear services market.

Based in Rochester, NY, Mark will be responsible for the strategic direction and global expansion of Rolls-Royce nuclear services business. Mark has over 37 years’ experience across the nuclear lifecycle spanning operational plant through to decommissioning. He has worked at more than 15 commercial nuclear power plants in the US and at other facilities and organisations including the Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site in Colorado, USA, various roles at Magnox South in the UK (Energy Solutions) culminating in Managing Director and most recently, Chief Operating Officer at the UK’s Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.

Mark will take up his appointment in January 2014.
